The tenth one rand (R1) gold coin to be minted in the Cultural Series is The Afrikaner Nation minted in 2007.

The obverse of the tenth ounce 24 carat gold coin portrays the South African coat of arms and the mintage year, being 2007.

The wording South Africa  is inscribed, but strangely, unlike with other issues, South Afrika does not appear in Afrikaans.
